Meet The Team

India holds a Law Degree and a Master's Degree in Public Administration. She is a volunteer with the Humane Society of the United States (HSUS) as a District Leader and Animal Rescue Team member.

Kristen is a lifelong animal lover.  She started Save the Meow Meows in 2020 and began simply by fostering. She loves cat cafes, traveling and of course her own pet cats.

Dylan is a huge cat lover and has 5 cats of his own. He is a professional at IT services and serves as an advisor and board member for the rescue.

Anne is an experienced and dedicated wildlife rescuer. She is also skilled in technical work and supports the rescue with grant management.

Roxann is a huge cat lover - with 5 of her own, and is an experienced professional in technical work. She assists with administrative and budget related tasks. 

Jewel is the manager of the cat lounge in Yucca Valley where she handles everything to keep the shop running and successful. She has two cats of her own and an adorable pug dog. 

Mika is a part-time employee of the cat lounge where they assist with daily operations, adoptions, helping customers, and are an expert with cat matchmaking, ensuring every cat and adopter are a perfect fit.
