We are a 501c(3) non-profit animal rescue located in Los Angeles, Southern California. Our mission is to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome abandoned, neglected, and abused animals. We believe that every animal deserves a loving home and we work tirelessly to make that happen. Our cat lounge is a safe haven for cats who are waiting for their forever homes. We also sell a variety of items online to support our cause. We are 100% donation based and rely on our amazing supporters to save lives.

ABOUT US
FAR Side Journey is a volunteer-driven 501(c)(3) nonprofit rescue organization, and we depend on the generosity and support of our donors, sponsors, affiliates, volunteers and foster caregivers.
We are dedicated to saving the lives of shelter animals through rescue, education and supporting other rescue organizations and municipal animal shelters so that all animals have a safe environment while awaiting adoption. Our commitment includes forever and Fospice fostering for animals with special needs and programs that contribute to the well-being of animals currently being housed/held in municipal shelters. Thousands of animals in the greater Los Angeles area are euthanized each year and we strive to make an impact on the lives we can save.
